Welcome to the Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) for Cannonvale State School.

The P&C Association is an important component of the school community.  All parents and interested members of the wider community are invited to attend monthly meetings and become actively involved and support our fundraising endeavours.

At our meetings we plan fundraisers and make financial decisions about how best to support our children’s education.  Your ideas and assistance are welcome.

All fundraising correspondence will be through the eldest child in your family.

The Fundraising Committee is a sub-committee of the P&C. Your ideas and assistance are warmly welcome.  Some fundraising activities include a School Fete, Easter and Christmas raffles, Mother's and Father's Day gift stalls and art unions.

Our major fundraiser for the year is our annual school fete.  It is a free, fun family day enjoyed by many past and current members of our school and the wider community.  The fete is a wonderful way to celebrate, contribute and be involved in our school.  The success of our past fetes have been made possible by the tireless efforts of our dedicated parents/caregivers, school staff, volunteers, community organisations and local businesses who generously show their support by donating their time, products and services.

Raffle tickets are forwarded home with the eldest student in the family.  Please advise the P&C secretary via the school if this procedure is contrary to your religious beliefs or values in order that we may note your request.

We look forward to the support and active participation in our fundraising endeavours from our school families throughout the year.

Remember: the things you do make a real difference.
So, why not join our P&C.
